Absolutely! You rise or fall to the level of your circle. If you’re surrounded by complainers, you’ll stay stuck. But if you’re around men who sharpen you, challenge you, and inspire you, you’ll elevate without even realizing it.
How can this be done?
- Audit your current circle: Who stretches you? Who drains you?
- Join men’s groups, mastermind circles, or accountability teams.
- Reach out to mentors: in person, online, through books.
- Be the man who brings value, not just the one who takes.
- Cut off or limit access to people who resist growth.
When should you do it?
Now. Every day you spend in the wrong circle delays the man you could become. Your environment matters; shift it before it shapes you.
