Push past your limits

This refers to refusing to accept what you think is your “ceiling.” You train your body and mind to go further, even when they beg you to stop.
Why is it important?
Most limits are self-imposed. You’re capable of doing more physically, mentally, and spiritually but you’ve believed lies about how far you can go. Pushing past limits builds confidence, strength, and dominance over fear.
How do you do it?
- Track your thresholds, then exceed them weekly.
- Add one more rep, one more page, and one more uncomfortable conversation.
- Practice delayed gratification and willpower workouts.
- Do what’s inconvenient regularly.
- Set ‘stretch’ goals that force new habits.
When should you do it?
Any time you hit a wall, that’s your cue not to stop, but to push. Growth happens after resistance.
Message to the Man
Your limits are not real. They’re rehearsed. Break through them and become the man most never meet.
